(Natural Health DOC).  We purchase products only from Professional Companies.  In this agreements "We", "Us", and "Our."  You, the person visiting and utilizing this site, are referred to as "You" and "Yours".

2. Product Agreement Terms of Use.  As a condition to Our allowing You to use this Site, You agree to these Terms of Use including any specific terms and conditions relating to particular Products that You that purchase.

Privacy.  The Natural Health DOC Online Privacy and Fair Information Principles provide our privacy and "opt out" Notice and describe how we may use the information that you provide to us.  Because the some products are web-based products, you agree to the electronic delivery of these products via this website.  You also agree that have have received and read the Natural Health DOC Online Privacy Policy and Fair Information Principles which provide our Privacy and Opt Out Notices from this site.

Your Information For Specific Uses Only.  You may purchase Products from this Site only on behalf of Yourself or Your family.  When You buy Products, We grant You the right to use the Products and the related information only to assist You in monitoring and improving/promoting and/or understanding Your or Your family's health needs.  You agree that You will not use the Products or the related information in any other manner or for any other purpose, and especially not for a commercial purpose or in an unlawful manner.  You agree to pay for the Products in US dollars using a credit or debit card and/or online check at the time of purchase.  We will charge You sales, excise, or use, or similar taxes as required by law.

Guarantee/No Guarantee.  Guarantee:  If you consult with DOC about the use of your supplement products purchased from Natural Health DOC and follow her recommendations - your FULL SATISFACTION is GUARANTEED. If, after working with DOC, you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Natural Health DOC, just return the unused portion of your supplement(s) and Natural Health DOC will credit your credit card or other means of payment; OR you can contact DOC and she will help you make a choice of another product that will be sent to you free-of-charge.  No Guarantee:  It is possible that a third party could gain unauthorized access to the information that is transmitted including Your personal information.  We will use reasonable efforts to try and maintain operation of the site and availability of the Products at all times.  We will maintain Our systems so that no virus, time bomb, or other type of infection infects them.  If there is a system error, and You notify Us of the same, We will try to correct the error.  You will not be entitled to any money for any system error of any type except for monies You paid for Products that We did not provide.

13. Communication.  We may from time-to-time send You email about Our new products or ask You about Our Products.  If at any time You want to be removed from our email list, you may do so by following the unsubscribe instruction in the email.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.  Any claims, disputes or other controversies relating to or arising from this Agreement or Your use of the Products or this Site or any information You receive from Us shall be brought only in a United States District Court located in Boise, Idaho, or in any court within the Idaho State Court System located in Ada County, Idaho, and You hereby expressly consent to the exercise of jurisdiction over You by such courts.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party to this Agreement waives its, his or her right to a jury trail with respect or any action brought under or in connection with this agreement.

Headings.  The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and such headings are not to be used in determining the meaning or interpretation of these terms and conditions of use.  You acknowledge that the provisions, disclosures and disclaimers set forth in this Agreement are fair and reasonable and Your agreement to follow and be bound by them is not the result of fraud, duress or undue influence exercised upon You by any person or entity.  Notwithstanding any provisions of this Agreement, You agree that are no third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, thus, that this Agreement is not intended to and does not confer any rights on any persons other than Us and You.
